About

Advising with conscience.
Every organization reaches moments that define it.
Some of those moments arrive with growth. Others arrive with pressure: a change in leadership, a loss of public trust, a technology that shows up faster than anyone is ready for. What leaders decide in those moments settles more than the problem in front of them. It tells everyone in the organization what is valued here, and people remember that far longer than they remember the decision itself.
Reumel Org Advisory was founded on a straightforward conviction: organizations do their best work when ethics, learning, and leadership are treated as one thing rather than three. Integrity is not a compliance file. Leadership is not a rank. Both are practices, and practices can be taught, supported, and built into the way an organization runs from day to day.
Advising with conscience: helping every organization we serve do the right thing, and do it well.
How Reumel Org Advisory Started
ReuOrg was founded by Marcha Reumel, an organizational ethics and change consultant whose working life has spanned the world and more than two decades of leadership.
Much of that work took place in environments where a decision made under pressure reached far beyond the office it was made in: police organizations, national training institutions, ministries, and classrooms. Those settings teach a particular lesson quickly. Organizations do not earn lasting trust by producing results. They earn it by how they behave when the results are hard to come by, when someone has made a mistake, and when doing the right thing costs something.
What she kept encountering was not an absence of values. Most organizations can produce a statement of them. What was missing was the connection between those values and the ordinary Tuesday: the supervisor who does not know how to raise a concern, the training program that teaches procedure but not judgment, the new employee who learns the unwritten rules from whoever happens to be nearby. ReuOrg was established to close that distance, and to help leaders turn ethics from an aspiration into something the organization can actually operate on, supported by leadership development, workforce learning, organizational change, and responsible innovation.
That is still the work.
A Scholar-Practitioner Perspective
Marcha Reumel is a doctoral candidate at The Pennsylvania State University in Workforce Education and Development, with an emphasis on organization development and a focus on comparative and international education. Her research concerns ethics and professional formation in organizations: how people are prepared for the judgments their work will demand of them, and what happens when that preparation falls short.
Scholarship on its own can be difficult to use. Experience on its own can be difficult to defend. ReuOrg works from both. Recommendations are grounded in current research and tested against what an organization can realistically carry, which means advice you can act on rather than a report that describes your situation back to you. .
Looking Ahead
Organizations today are navigating unprecedented change, from evolving workforce expectations to rapid advances in artificial intelligence. Reumel Org Advisory believes these challenges should not be approached through technology alone, but through leadership that places people, ethics, and continuous learning at the center of every decision.
Whether advising executives, developing leadership teams, designing learning strategies, evaluating organizational culture, or preparing organizations for responsible AI adoption, the firm’s mission remains constant:
To advance ethical organizations through learning, leadership, and innovation—helping organizations build cultures that inspire trust, strengthen people, and remain prepared for the future.
